Click Install in HubSpot, choose your portal and approve the requested permissions. You'll be redirected back once the connection is confirmed.
In HubSpot go to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → Corpay Connector. Enter your Corpay Partner ID/Key and Client ID/Key, pick sandbox or production, then hit Test Connection and save. Credentials are encrypted before they're stored.
Open any Company record and find the Corpay Beneficiaries card. Click Add Beneficiary — the form loads Corpay's exact requirements for your destination country and currency, validates as you type, and creates the beneficiary in Corpay instantly.
Use Sync now on the card any time, or enable the scheduled sync (every 6 hours by default) so HubSpot always reflects what's in Corpay — including beneficiaries created or removed outside HubSpot.
